Installing the app on Android is very easy. Just follow these steps:
- Visit your app link (mysubdomain.mobileticketing.app) in your phone with Chrome.
- You will see a prompt at the bottom of your screen, asking you to install the app. Click Yes, install.
- An alert will show up asking you to install the app. Click install.
Once you have done it, you will see an icon added to your home screen. You can now click on it to use the app.
If you have not done it yet, you can enable push notifications in you want to be notified when a new ticket is created as well.
