Due to iOS limitations, we need to do some manual steps in order to install the app. You must follow these steps:
- Visit your app link (mysubdomain.mobileticketing.app) in your phone with Safari.
- You will see a prompt at the bottom of your screen, telling you how to add the app to the home screen. To do so:
- Click on the Share icon in Safari or Chrome (top right of the screen)
- Tap on the Add to Home Screen option.
- An alert will show up asking you to install the app. Fill in the data and click install.
Once you have done it, you will see an icon added to your home screen. You can now click on it to use the app.
If you have not done it yet, you can enable push notifications in you want to be notified when a new ticket is created as well.
